Book 5. S-World VSN ™ (Virtual Social Network)
For those who would cry ‘Comparative Advantage,’ and insist that one should focus on what one is best at and trade for everything else, we have an important chapter dedicated to this macroeconomic concept in Book 2. Part 2. ‘A More Creative Capitalism.’
However, in terms of the 8 books of Angel Theory, all can be traced back to the project now called S-World VSN™ (S-World Virtual Social Network). It would not be incorrect to say that all other books are how best to capitalise on a Virtual World, financially, ecologically, and philanthropically.
One key tell is our network’s name ‘S-World.’
From American Butterfly Book 1. The Theory of Every Business. Chapter 7 – S-World (Circa 2012)
S-World is an abbreviation for Sienna’s World named after my daughter, the most beautiful baby in the world. I know, every father says that about his daughter, but one has to admit she’s a cutie. On informing my farther about the make-up of the business and networking software plus my decision to name it after Sienna, he came up with a rather pertinent acronym.
Super Intelligent Engine for New Network Access
As the environment the SIENNA software lives in is to be a Virtual World, the word “World” was added, thus resulting in making Sienna’s World, shortened to “S-World.” Within S-World’s Virtual World, Sienna will appear as an Angel helping to bring attention to specific items of interest.
S-World is also an abbreviation for ‘The Sienna Foundation.’
To be precise, thanks to inspiration from Professor James Gates; it’s not a virtual world, it’s a virtual world within a virtual universe; and maybe one day (in the distant future), a simulated multiverse, but we need not get into this here.
S-World VSN™ and its sister S-World VBN™ (Virtual Business Network) are the oldest systems, started in 2000 after seeing a virtual tour at a Macromedia lecture in London. Albeit made in Director, so it was no use on the web. However, in discussions, Macromedia said, ‘it may be possible to simulate it.’ And in 2002, I created the world’s first virtual tour made exclusively in Macromedia Flash. By 2004, it was offered its own digital TV channel and had the potential to be the next big thing in real estate and travel.
I’ll not get into why I stopped in 2004, other than to say money, inexperience in investment partnerships, and being in Africa which was quite a way behind the USA.
Had I been in Silicon Valley, things would have likely turned out differently. However, one thing I could take away from the exercise is that I have been thinking about how to make both money and fun from a virtual product longer than anyone else. Indeed, it would not be incorrect to say that all the 7 other books in Angel Theory – Paradigm Shift are merely details in the S-World VSN™ plan, cogs in the VSN wheel.
Continuing from the last book ‘Villa Secrets,’ the the big idea is to create S-World VSN™ as a better version of the MLS (Multiple Listings Service), ensuring US real estate agent commissions and taking an even 1% from most properties sold in the USA. And create a similar system across the world, where each property on the system presented, not only a picture perfect walk through so accurate one can see the view from every bedroom, but also technical details like architect plans and other such details.
In terms of property developments, VSNs shall create the entire Lake Malawi and other Networks in glorious 3-D; and in particular, the Network City which is currently the biggest single projected income source; within a regularly used social network, which would be gamified so users that created the virtual properties and cities (in a system not unlike Sim City and The SIMS, but with better graphics) but with the big difference of gamers being paid (big time) up to 6 figures for a $10 million property chosen by a client, and many millions for a Network City.
The social network idea is simple in principle; we create a complete copy of the world, maybe in tandem with Facebook and Google, and users can ‘Teleport to GPS’ to jump to friends’ or celebrities’ locations (so long as they have VSN tracking on), and see all they could see.
The Virtual World would need a basic footprint, and quite possibly some dedicated satellite data, which would be turned into the virtual world by developing an app so people’s photos would contribute to picture prefect rendering.
